My goal is to provide support and access to tools that can help anyone to make changes they want to make in their life, and live a calmer, loving, and fun life.

Our pets need support too. My friend Kristy has many years experience working with animals and providing holistic remedies for them also. I have used her remedies on my own pets and think she is amazing.
These are some of my favorite tools to use to calm my nervous system, find my balance, and go back to the basics when I need to.
5-5-7 Breath – Breathe in to the count of 5, hold to the count of 5 and exhale to the count of 7 – Repeat until you feel calmer.
Sit in Silence – You don’t have to do this for long. Just find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and sit in stillness. Listen to the sounds around you and really tune in to your breath and the way your body feels.
Journal/Gratitude – Spend time in gratitude and write down how you are feeling, what you are grateful for and what you dream of. This is a way to keep things uplifted and joyful so you can read over it when you are feeling out of alignment.
