Picture waking up in the morning with a feeling of calm. You aren’t anxious for the day ahead because you have the knowledge for how to create your day and change your energy as you go, no matter what is going on around you.
Happiness starts from within. It isn’t something we get from other people, our job, our belongings, or anything on the outside. Sure, those things can contribute to your happiness, but they aren’t what make you happy in the first place. That starts with you.
A calm mind and body are within reach. Even when the unexpected happens and you feel a little chaotic, there are ways you can calm your nervous system and your mind without anyone around you even knowing that you are doing it.
In addition, there are ways to start and end your day on a peaceful note. You have the control if you choose to use the tools and practice them regularly.
The brain is a funny thing. While it helps us to live a full life, it can also hold us back from living that life in the way we want to.
When we fear things around us that we don’t need to fear, or we worry too much about what may happen that would be bad, or we let anxiety keep us from going after our dreams, we can’t locate that inner happiness.
Those areas can be healed though. We can re-train our brains to look for the good, to live in gratitude, to be present in the moment and not worry about the future. It just takes a bit of knowledge that you may not have yet.

You don’t have to spend your life telling the story to yourself or others that was ingrained in your belief system if it is not a match for you.
Finding your true story is a journey within. It is a difficult journey at times, and one you should take with an open heart and an open mind. And it is so very worth it when you find your truth.
Changing your story means digging deep to find where that story came from and being open to the steps you must take to make that change.
